QuantGrid runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST on NSE and BSE trading days. Outside those hours, and at weekends and exchange holidays, the platform is taken offline for maintenance and to keep running costs down.

Outside those hours

Place your orders while the platform is up. An order placed on the master account outside the hours above, including an after-market (AMO) order, is not replicated at all: it is already on the order book by the time the engine starts, so it is treated as history rather than as a new order, and a later fill on it does not replicate either.

Every submission is delivered to support@quantgrid.in and read by someone who works on the replication engine. There is no chatbot in front of it.
You get a written reply
Within one working day, usually the same day if you write during desk hours. The reply answers your question directly and tells you exactly what we need from you next.
Setup, if you want it
For a demo or a new setup we send a short checklist: which broker holds the master, how many child accounts, and the multiplier you want on each. You configure the rules, we make sure the plumbing is right.

The 20-minute demo

A screen-share, not a pitch. We walk through linking a master account, adding child accounts, setting a multiplier and lot size on each, and reading the trade log afterwards. We also show the square-off and cancel controls, because those are the ones you will want at 15:20. Bring your broker names and the number of accounts and we can shape it around your actual setup.

Pricing and what you pay

Every feature is included, and you pay per dedicated static IP per broker account from your prepaid wallet balance. Every price is printed in full with GST noted, including a worked example.

QuantGrid replicates equity and F&O orders on NSE, BSE, NFO and BFO. Commodities (MCX) and currency (CDS and BCD) are outside that scope and are never replicated. If commodities or currency are what you came for, this is the wrong tool, and we would rather tell you that than take a payment first.
